I got this guy about two years ago. He was less then an inch. He is now about three from nose to tail fin. I found info on him once on the web but can not seam to remember its name. So what kind of fish is he?

Looks like the thornback cowfish - lactoria fornasini.

Yup, camel cowfish. I've got its cousin the longhorn in my tank. They're BIG eaters and about the same in their pooping reputation.
how big is it ? After 2 years still look small from pictures...I thought that they would be fast growers...so maybe they are not !

You have to take into account that cowfish are very big in all 3 dimensions so while they may be putting a lot of mass on they look like they're growing slower. My moomoo is like that. He's quadrupled in length the 4 years I've had him but he's grown a LOT in terms of his horizontal displacement.
