what kind of snail/slugs

hello guys I am new here i got a 55 gallon bare bottom tank i have a wet dry system its about 7 months old I had a sea slug in my tank that died after that I started seen these all over can anyone tell me what they are and if they are bad or good plz and thank u

What you have there is a pink lump.
Going to need some better pictures.

Possibly stomatella snails.
