What kinds of food?

Just checking to see what kinds of food people use for their fish and in your guys experience which are the best, here is what i use and this is what i think is the best, besides the nori which is not pictured. Lets see those pics of what really make your fish look awesome.

How are rod's food flakes? Come on people what do you feed your fish.

I alternate the following:

Frozen Mysis cubes
Frozen plankton cubes
Frozen Marine Cuisine cubes
Frozen Multi-Pack cubes
Frozen beefheart cubes (once every other week)
Frozen bloodworm cubes
Frozen emerald entree cubes

All at night and a pinch of marine flakes in the morning.

I stopped using the Formula one because the gel binder was making my skimmer go nuts.

Now thats what i call a frozen fish food list, i hardly ever use frozen foods unles it is red grouper fillet frozen, which i feed my puffer, angel, and huma huma as a treat about 3 times a week.

yeah thats alot of food, but my horses get a ton to. Tangs are always beggin.

Well I only feed them frozen once a night. I just alternate all of those to give them variety in their diet. Been working so far.

would like to grow phyto and brine but really see no need at this point
