What Macro lense for a Cannon 50D?

Well before I start going posting tons of pics, which I will often do for illustrative purposes, my background is Outdoor Lifestyle at least editorially.
Hunting
Fishing
Camping
etc,
etc
Not everyone is always ok with that and so I tend to be sensitive. :)

For fun I shoot anything and everything but usually with a tie in to the Outdoors.

thanks all for the welcome, so much to relearn and learn period. Look forward to it.

Most likely any of that is fine. Keep the dead and gorey stuff out though. 99% of what I shoot is outdoors also. Mainly bugs and flowers with the oddball deer or beaver or whatever else I can come across on a trip. Sometimes there's even lunch!!!

When you go out to take wildlife or nature shots, you never really know what you'll find. We went to the locks today where we saw the eagles a few weeks back. Didn't see them, but we've noticed alot of snakes of late, and very few rabbits. I guess this explains it.

I'm assuming people are looking for your macro work since this is a macro thread...

Thanks Jesse, I'm sure most will be ok, and those that aren't rarely see the light of day. So I never show anything inappropriate, something a kid might not to see, nor do the mags I do shoot for want them either. That said, not everyone is going to be ok with the "suggestion", you don't need "trophy" or "grip and grins" to for a viewer to understand someone is hunting.

Apologies for hi jacking :)
