G. viridis doesn't come from the inlet of st. Lucie Florida however. A green mantis from Florida is likely N. wennerae.

Do you know where it came from? This is the color of the creature that I saw run too fast for me to see what it was in my tank the other day. My LR are all Fiji Rocks.

It came from Florida. Almost all gonadactylids can be found in various colors, including green....
