Least aggressive to most aggressive. I'm sure someone will come along and give you them in order. Or post this in the check your intended purchases here first thread. Or something like that :D It's a sticky under new to the hoby.

He told me to put the tangs in last but other than that don't know what to group together and add at the same time

The Tangs are likely to be the most aggressive of the fish you listed, but only really within their own family (or with fish of similar shape). I doubt, for example, that a yellow tang would give a Lyretail anthias much more than passing wiggle. Advice would be to QT all fish, and add them slowly. I'm not a big flasher wrasse guy, but multiple males might mix it up. Also, 6 Lyretails need space. How big is your tank?

I plan to qt al fish before they go into the dt, it's 150 gallons. How many should I add at a time? I know to wait awhile to add more fish of course to let the bacteria catch up and adjust.

Assuming a typical QT of 20-30 gallons, you're talking groups of 3-4 fish at a time, separated by 8-12 weeks. Seems like a good pace.
