Ok, what is your plan on stocking them and which are you unfamiliar with? I would ditch the lionfish they'll eat your smaller fish and I'd also ditch the goby and pistol shrimp as you'll never see them.

I would not even think of adding the mandarin's until the tank is very established so they will have plenty of pods to eat. I would get a different wrasse in place of the 6 line they become very aggressive as they mature. I would also get a trio of the yellow tangs.

You might have issues between the Emperor and the Queen Angels.

haha thank you. It was a little tough to read that way.

Really? In a 300 gallon system

Yes.
300 gallon system or tank?
Actually, it doesn't matter. Both of those fish have to be the king, (or queen) of the tank. With another fish challenging it, it'll be constant turf wars until one dies. I wouldn't.

Yes I agree with BBT, you really need to choose between the Emperor and Queen angels. They both get quite large and both will want to be the dominate fish of the tank. They will be fine as juveniles but once they become young adults the battles will begin if not sooner. That's why I said you will have issues with having both of them.

I know a few people who have an emperor and a queen together, both will be juvis when I add them

They can coexist together in a 300g, that isn't the issue providing each feels they have enough territory and caves. The issue is when you want to add fish down the road a year or two from now (fish die, you want different things ect...) neither one will take to new comers well, especially not another angel or like sized/shaped fish
