What other parts do I need to run this setup?

I have 2 ea. Nanostream 6055 's on order.
I also have already purchased a 7091 controller and a 7094.050 photo electric cell.

Are there any other parts that I need to control the 2 ea. 6055's?

As I understand it the controller will control both 6055's with the y adaptor which I have on order only at the same speed.

What else do I need to purchase to power the 2 new pumps?

I have not owned any Tunze product before so I am unsure what else I will need. Can someone help please?

You will be fine.... you need the 2 pumps (check), the controller (check), and the Y-adapter (check)

Yeah, the only other part you need is the branch adapter or Y adapter 7092.34
