What return pump- cube

Setting up a 60 gallon cube. What is a good quiet low wattage return pump?
How many gallons per hour should I get.

What size drain? Assuming the "standard" 1" bulkhead, I would use a eheim 1260 - it may not be the cheapest up front, but will last forever and uses relatively low power

Thanks. Yes a 1" drain. Is that the pump your using on your cube?

I use a Rio 2500 pump in my 60 cube. And I still have to dial it down a bit, as my coast to coast was making too much noise. Now its dead silent.
