What should I use for my 135 gallon?

Hi Roger,

This Carlos we meet while you were working at Aquatek in Austin, TX. I haven't seen you much at Aquatek. I heard from Aaron on what you are doing now. Congratulations it seems like you doing a great job. I like the Tunze forum.

I have a question. I am getting ready to buy my first Tunze turbelle system. I know that Bruce said that I need two of them and the controller. I just do not know which ones to get. I have a 135-gallon show tank. It is 72 x 18.5 x 25.5. Which size Tunze will work best for my system? I do know that I want the new Tunze Multicontroller 7095 with the night sensor feature.

What do you recommend? And thanks for all your help and patient while you were at Aquatek in Austin, Texas

Hi Carlos,

I think I would use 2 6000 Streams. I would use the 7095 on either pulse mode or Interval II mode. You have 15 tanks now?

Thanks for the quick response and the advice.

No, I now have 23 and I am picking up a 55 gallon today, from a friend that does not needed any more.

I finally got the Euro-Reef skimmer CS8-3; That Aaron said that I needed it for the 135. My last items to get are the Tunzes. I am just trying to get the 135 ready to start adding coral soon.
