What size after rots

I am currently breeding black and white osc, and clarkiis. I have been using just crushed regular marine flake food and pellets as the next food. I have been successful but I was wondering what is the next size of food after rotifers? I have seen posts with Ohohime larval feed but which size? Should I get 2 different sizes and then what, are those "over the counter" flakes good enough? Thanks for any info.

Go with the Otohime, it's excellent. The A for post rot, and the B-2 is good post met.
