What Size Pump (GPH) for this Tank

Hi all,

Getting a 90 gal, 36x24x24 tanks built with 3/4" drains (herbie style drain) and a 30" long sump. Any reccomendations on how many GPH my return pump should do with this setup? Return pump will have about 5' of head from the sump back to the tank.

I turn my 475g 2-3x a hr via the return pump
