what size to drill bulkheads...

i'm setting up a 120 build and need to drill the tank, was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what size to drill them and also what size to drill my returns. I am using a dolphin ampmaster 3000 for a return pump from my basement. and should be returning about 1200gph. and if anyone has a bit.... I was thinking dual 1.5" overflows and dual 3/5" returns. having the 1.5" split of in the back into 2 returns. any suggestions are greatly appreciated or if anyone has a120 and knows the dimensions of their returns would be greatly appreciated

If you are drilling acrylic I have a decent set of bits that would cover most any standard size you need. If you are talking glass, I only have one dimond circular bit which is probably too big for a even the standard out pipe.

How big is it? I was getting ready to pick up a 3" glass hole saw for drilling my sump but if you have one...

yeah i'm drilling glass...and about 2 hours away from you can i do a 6" return? haha or how about a 6" overflow
