What the heck??? Fish ID ?

So I was doing the evening round to find the last mantis and give him some dinner, when I spotted this fish. It appears to be blind or nearly so as it didn't react to the light . It is about 3.5 inches long and basically pretty cool. I can only assume that he lives in some cave during the day.

that's a pearl fish and lives in the butt (yes, butt) of a sea cucumber.

And a pretty rare critter....years ago I collected many huge cukes for a BBC documentary......and we found no pearlfish.....

Anybody read the thread about Angela's gonad eating buttfish? It is 1 of the funniest threads that has ever been posted on RC. Hopefully somebody has a link.
