what the hell are these

i doint have a picture yet but on one of my rocks there are what apper to be white thick hair on it and little white bugs crawling all over it. i don;t know if they are copapods* or what but i just wanted to know if they are harmful or anything. they dont seem to do anything except run around on there patch or whatever then hell it is. thanks!

got a picture its all the white stuff its in my gallery cuz i cant figure out how to load pixtures. they make it to hard so any feed back would be awesome thanks

looks like sponges and the white bugs are probably copepods
