what the hell is going on ?

i place my order on tuesday with marine depot,they're said it will be here on thursday,i said cool,i take my calcium reactor apart waiting for the ups guy to show up.ups guy said their nothing from marinedepot.i call,the lady pick up the phone and look into my order and said my order never left the warehouse and tell the guy that place my order with to call me back since he's still helping other customer.which he's never call me .so i call them back and tell them the guy never call me back,i want to know what going on.now they're tell me the packet is on the ups truck and it will be here on monday.i tell them that not good enought,i want my order overnight and they're said they're will call me back,which they're did call me back and tell me they're will overnight my order.today is sunday i still don't have my order.:mad2: ,no email or tracking # either.all this took place on thursday.
