What the hell is this?

I had a 6025 break a shaft. Roger said ship it to them which I did. I received a new one today. Only thing is that it doesnt have a normal plug on it. I dont know what it is. Has 2 steel pins instead of normal prongs. Ive been waiting all this time and this is what they send me. Now Ill have to wait longer for them to fix this problem? Whats going on?

Sounds like it simply was a mistake and you got a 220v version.

Wow. They make a 220v version? for what? I dont know. I just know I need the flow back in the spot my nano was aimed and it will take them a while to rectify this...

Yes for Europe etc.... Guessing you got one in a box so was possibly mispacked at the factory.

Shouldnt take too long, Roger is pretty quick about things, and he will see this tomorrow if you have not contacted him already
