What to do with a 75 Gal

Just bouncing this off everyone, see what opinions everyone has.

Just finished the tear down and rebuild of of both the 125 and 75 gal systems.
Basically moved all corals and fish into the 125. I need to take some pics and post it, i think it turned out great.

So the 75, re-sculptured the rock and its like a brand new tank to start putting things into. The only thing i have left in it is rock, my large rbta its maroon/ylw clown, a cleaner shrimp, pulsating xena and a couple of other left over frags from removing large colonies.

So my plan is predator, but not traditional. Im going with a Peacock Mantis.
So now, fire away at suggestions, reccomendations.

Are there any fish that a mantis wont try to harm?I have zero experience with them other than seeing them in very few tanks and the fish store.I wonder how compatible they are with an eel?
