What to do with excess fry?

I'm curious here, what do you do with excessive amounts of fry and eggs? For example, with clownfish: they spawn approximately every month, right? And it takes about 90 days to raise them to adulthood. So what do you do when you no longer have room for that last batch of larva? Do you just let them get filtered out and die? Do you feed them to a different species to provide food?

First, I think a 90 day window is a bit generous. I let my Onyx clowns go at least 9 months before selling (the longer you wait, the more the pattern develops, the more you can typically sell them for).

Second, I just grow out what I think I can handle. The most I've ever grown out were three batches at once (my small operation is extremely small). It really just depends on what you can personally handle, which depends on the size of your operation -- how many tanks you have, how many spawning pairs, how many rotifers you can grow, etc. Lots of factors.

When I don't want to raise the babies, I just let the larvae feed my DT (my parents are in the DT and I collect the fry).
