What to feed, if at all?

My tank consists of softies, zoas, and shrooms. I have found that I have had very little growth over the last 6 months (just switched to LED 4 weeks ago). Does anyone have any reccomendations for what to feed, if to feed and if so, how often? I'm hoping this will help me with some growth.

steroids. what lighting did you have before the led switch? Mine grow like champs, I'm also running leds.

There are a lot of coral foods out there like oyster feast, Coral frenzy, DT's, roti feast and you could just feed your fish more.
