Search on here for Bayer insecticide. Can by at home depot and almost any hardware store. Used successfully in getting rid of them in my tank and others also.
That kind of made it sound like you should dose bayer in your tank...to be clear, bayer is just a dip!
Ivermectin - you can get it at a livestock store, or a vet. It will bother your small mobile inverts a bit, but if you follow procedure they will bounce back.

I will use this from now on for dipping new pieces...used Coral RX in all that I ever introduced...still got the bugs....seems like the Bayer is a for sure kill for most problems. Thanks for the heads up

My apologies...have used this several times (be more accurate to say it kills mobile inverts, as corals are inverts) and we do not keep ornamental mobile inverts. It doesn't actually kill our asterinas or stomatella...just makes them pretty sad. I am sure it would kill most of the inverts you buy, sorry I didn't mention!!!

A number of people still get Redbugs when using Bayer as a dip, its not a for sure kill. Isolation or qt is the only thing close to a for sure clean tank.
But Bayer is still the best dip for pests like this ime.
