what tunze should I use for a.....

55 gallon set up? Its going to be Bare bottom, so I'm not concerned with sand blowing around, but I am concerned with it only being a 55 gallon.

Will a tunze be too much flow? I will be keeping mostly SPS and clams, along with one or two LPS.

The Stream is likely not a good choice because with such a narrow tank the flow will not be perfect- it can't spread to it's full range. I think a 7300/2 would be the ideal.
