What type of baby snail do I have?

So as the title says I have hundreds of baby snails, now I've done some reaserch and some people have said that they are pyramid snails which I really don't think the snails I have are because while I have had snails die I have not seen any of the smaller snails on or around them or on any of the snails I still have in my tank, I also have a clam and do not see any of the small snails on my clam and never have. I do have some Nassarius snail (sry for spelling) that I have seen lay eggs but I haven't seen eggs in around 2-3 months now. So they are either passive pyrimid snails Ceriths which i haven't had in my tank for around a 18 months, or baby nass. Snails. They come out at night and are all over the rocks glass and mostly on the sand, they are all pretty much the same size but there are definitely bigger ones, now another thing I have heard is that pyramids are white, while mine have a white body their shells are a grey/ brownish. So I have no clue and just don't want to freak out having to try and start pulling all those suckers out so anyone know if what they are? They also have a conical shell.

Can you post a picture? From the behavior you describe, they sound like collonistas, but they aren't really conical.

There are lots of snails with conical shells, but...small white ones that only come out at night are usually rissoids. They are harmless.
