What type of Snail, and some photos.

OK. put your heads together on this. This little guy just sorta showed up in my tank. I ahve no clue how it got there as I have only ordered dwarf cerinths and some hermit crabs. the wife does not remember seeing this one come in with them either.

very pretty shell and colors. reminds me of a stained glass window. very round in shape and very very smooth. snail has a round foot and long antennae. i have seen him cruising the glass and the rock. there is only one of these that I have seen so far.

Is he kinda purple and white with black and kinda dimly colored striations through his swirls?

I have a couple of something that resembles this I thought they were just astreas.

No, more browns than anything else. the tip is white.
