I saw this worm coming out of a hole in my live rock just after the lights went out. It was extended about 4-6 inches out of the hole and has a mouth on the center of the end surrounded by bristles(?) on the circumference of the "face". I tried to grab it with a pair of long forceps but it retracted at lighting speed back into the hole. It later came out of another nearby hole in the same piece of rock. I've tried taking pictures of it, but it retracts when I use the light to focus. This photo is the best I have so far. Any ideas on what it is, if it is harmful, or how to get rid of it? For what it's worth, I had a royal gramma that hid in and swam through the holes of this rock. Three days later it disappeared, could this be related? Thanks.
