What were the hottest frags at the swap?

purple death paly's third round
Karl's candle light fourth round.

I did pretty good.

People placing corals is so unfair. A small suggestion would be to not let people browse before the swap. Let it be an unknown. Or keep the browsing to a minimum with someone watching to yell "no Touch" =)

You guys put on a great event. My wife and I had a really good time. The North Coast Reefers Thank You.

I agree with mike....it was my first time...but definately not my last! It was well worth the drive! I picked up lokani, PD paly, efflo, c-quarium unknown, idaho grape, and some wannabe aog's. Just don't know where to put it all

I also think it's kinda messed up that people were hiding stuff....no fair.

Whoo Hoo, I was the winner of the Lottery! I found Xia's Watermelon. I was so shocked to see it as I was looking for Karl's Candlelight to be my first piece. It wasn't on the Zoo table though, it was on the second SPS table. Here's the funny thing... the first table was pretty crowded, so I started at the second one kinda bummed that I might not get one of the candlelights...LOL, and there was the "pot of gold"
And the best thing, I got the Candlelight in my next pick. How awesome is that... Ya, I had a grin wider than my head.

Now here is a promise I will make to everyone... if and when the Watermelon has grown out enough to frag. I will bring a piece back... that is I will donate it to a future swap. I don't know how fast this baby grows, but I will not forget.

Its a lucky thing that the staff all have a bit of integrity - I was so tempted to make my first round pick really early on, like at the check in table.

Seriously though, it was a beautiful piece I will forever remember 'as the one that got away.' Thanks Perry for such an awesome addition to the tables. These little gems are great - especially when they kind of find you. So the next container labeled 'GSP,' might not be exactly what it seems.
