What would be in your dream sump room

I am hoping the experienced reefers here can provide some advice. We are currently in the process of building/installing 10'x3'x3' in-wall reef tank (my husband's dream tank).

I am going to surprise him by converting our garage (the new tank will actually sit in the garage) into the ultimate sump room/man cave. Climate controling the entire garage, where right now he just has a small room built in the garage that is temp controlled for all his fish stuff. We have a 2 car garage, but never park cars in it. I would like advice and thoughts on what you would DEFINITELY include in your own sump/quarantine/frag/fishroom hideaway? What lessons or potential pitfalls can I avoid in the design? We already have 180g sump, tanks for fresh & saltwater, chiller, apex system installed and all the standard equipment, but I am thinking frag station, sink, quarantine tank or tanks, plenty of counter space for working, etc.

Would love to see any picturesof what others have done and thanks in advance for ideas, advice, and inspiration.

Look up the dreambox from royal exclusive. Pricey but it's what I got for my sump. The build quality is ridiculous. It's truly a piece of art.

I would have a custom system built by MRC to include a large sump, skimmer, live rock vat, frag tank, and quarantine system.

Dave M...too funny (no sister just an amazing husband who deserves the best).

Thank you all for the continued suggestions..I am going to research everything above!

what did that quarantine system run you? Its bad ***.

I could only wish it was my quarantine system. It's one that was built by MRC and I would love to have it. The quarantine system I am using is not near that fancy.:lolspin:

dream sump is a house near tropical pacific water and rigging a pump for constant NSW. deeeeeng kilt all ya'lls ideas!!!

I really like the setup that D2Mini has. His situation is similar to yours in that he converted a portion of his garage over to a dedicated climate controlled fish room. The first video below is a walk through of his fish room after his 2015 remodel. The second video is a bit older but still valuable as he explains his water mixing station.
