What would work well in my tank?

Hey Roger,
I'm interested in increasing my flow rate. A LOT. I have a 135 (6x2x1.5), and currently have 1153gph from my return and 1200gph from 3x 400gph powerheads. I have a 2.5" sandbed, and am interested in keeping a mixed tank. Would a 6080 be good? I am pressed for cash, being a 15 year old, but can make a decent amount with my reffing job. I think this is an OK decision, what do you think?

Honestly, I think it would be better to have 2 6000 and a multicontroller and just piece it together as money permits. You can start with one 6000 which costs not much more than the 6080 and keep 1 or 2 of your powerheads and then add another and eventually get the controller.

Ok, I think I would be able to do that. Spreading the costs out over time sounds good. I guess I won't start keeping SPS until my birthday comes along. By then (December), I'll definately have enough money, and my tank will definately be stable.
