hi guys...i am going with the 180g 72x24x24 - i have a 24" deep tank now and i will probably miss it once it's shallower. I am going with the 32" stand and I think it'll be fine...it's 2" higher than what i have now and it's mostly for a sitting view.

I did get it eurobraced :) the opening will be 14" x 56"

And who's building it?

I'm looking to have a 240 built, starphire and all. Looking at GlassCages as they are very reasonable (however I am wary of quality/workmanship issues).

???

Option #3 (requires a bit of intuitiveness)

Plumb your sump ELSEWHERE
-garage
-outside
-adjacent room
-closet
-sideyard
-basement
-etc, etc, etc.

ANYWHERE except under you stand!

You can DO it!

I hope you did not buy that 30" tall G4X. It certainly will not fit under a 32" stand.

Girlfriend's/Wife's side of the closet, She'll love her shoe rack replaced by a big flowing bin of macros...do it while she is away as a suprise, trust me on this one!!

Ah. Acrylic.

Pass.

Believe me, I like those guys - a lot - but I just can't deal with how easily it's scratched. I know you can buff them out, but honestly, I barely have enough time for this hobby as it is...

I'm doing an acrylic SUMP, but that's it...
