Firefish, Midas blenny, pink streaked wrasse, or maybe trying a small "reef almostsafe" angel like a flame or coral beauty (I'd have to check tank sizes for those on liveaquaria first, though).
There was a spreadsheet linked here somewhere what tabulated the #'s of pple who had either of those angels and had or didn't have problems, and the coral beauty was around 88% reef safe and the flame around 85% ish if I recall correctly. But they are not 100% reef safe that I am aware of . . . then again, I have also read that nothing is truly 100% reef safe. If you did try a dwarf angel, you should probably be prepared to try to catch it as well at some point, just to be on the safe side (have fish trap). My 2 cents.
