No... I didn't see those. How long ago were they there Gary? Did they look as brilliant as Live Aquaria's photo or were they more drab in person?
What would your "must have" be for a 180g FO?

Took a ride over and they still have one of them. It was really skinny and one of it's eyes was clouded over but I was willing to bring it home, QT it and treat if I could see it eat. They were very busy so I'll try to pop over another time to see if they can feed it if it's still there.
I can say this, after seeing one in person the Pakistan Angel is on my list of definates. And a pair would be the bee's knees...

Oh, green light on the 180g by the way. Just have to gather up the forces/vehicle needed to go get it. Woot!

throwback 80's angel tank get's my vote. (complete w/dead coral) maybe sneek a tusk and a butterfly. maybe add some fun inverts if u plan on keeping up w/water quality. i'm a fish guy at heart. IMO FO tanks w 3 fish can be boring. a well stocked tank should be blast.

Thanks for the offers guys! At first I was hopeful I could fit it in the Jeep but uh... no. lol It will be going from the Zoo area to my house in Irondequoit so not a long stretch. Will pm you guys if I need ya. :beer:
My mind has been walking that path too but I'm thinking a beefy skimmer would be mandatory. It probably will be anyways though so I think I need to get crackin' on some compatibility research. I remember seeing video of someone's FO during feeding time and just being in awe at all the color. Hmmm...
I just had the funniest image pop into my head... lol. Those are cute fish. Haven't really looked into them much but am about to do some surfing for info. :thumbsup:

this is disappointing.
I would not have purchased this fish in this condition.
A week earlier both fish were fine and I was EXTREMELY tempted to get them.
Keep that little guy QT'd and well fed... you might be able to bring it back from an early demise.
The best thing about a FO or FOWLR is the fact that you can have fish that eat corals in the aquarium and the Pakistani certainly fits in that category.

At this point since I'm going to have so much time before the tank will be ready, I'm thinking of waiting, getting a nice large QT tank set up and perhaps seeing if one of the LFS can order in a slightly larger pair for me. Baby fish make me nervous and adults are often too set in their food preferences so I'm thinking a nice juvenile pair would be a good bet.
G and your soldiers... I knew that was comin.
Interesting fish no doubt.

Still trying to determine if a bamboo shark is a possibility for this setup. There are different species of them. Most commonly available are the Whitespotted (Chiloscyllium plagiosum) and Brownbanded (Chiloscyllium punctatum) but these top out at 37" and 41" respectively. I cannot bring myself to put a shark of that size in a 180g... I've now found two species that stay smaller but am finding them hard to locate. It seems some just accidentally end up with them when getting one of the above.
Grey Bamboo (Chiloscyllium griseum) max 25"
Indonesian Bamboo (Chiloscyllium hasseltii) max 20"
Would really love to find one of those. One of the LFS is going to check with their supplier tomorrow to see if they differentiate species of Bamboo sharks in their availability.
On a side note, someone had suggested a Coral Catshark to me as they stay smaller as well but everything I've read says they are much more aggressive and well known for biting other fish in the tank. I'll pass.
