I bought this food called silverfish from this asian market because they didnt have silversides. My tangs and trigger love this stuff. Im just concerned about nutrition.What you guys think? Here's the pictures of the label:

i feed japanese baby shrimp from the asian market and have never had a problem. shrug. i've seen those silver fish there too. they look yummy
