What's a good cheap light for a 'fuge?

I'm working on a refugium for my 29 biocube. It's gonna be about 16X17" wide and an unknown height tall... Maybe 17ish inches? Fairly deep.
I plan to put a bunch of assorted substrate-ish stuff and some bits of rock in there. It's gonna have a wall in the middle to divide it in half so I can keep either two mean crabs or a mean crab and a few shrimp, and it's gonna be full of something like chaeto.
I need a light that can keep the chaeto happy and growing, but it can't be too expensive or bulky. Maybe some sort of simple growlight from Home Depot?

+1 on a clip on light. Use a 23w 6700k spiral fluorescent or two depending on how wide the grow out area is. You're looking less than $20 for a single light system.

I use a clip on light from Walmart. Go to their webpage and type in "clip on desk lamp". I have the $12 brushed nickel model and I have used it for about 3 years without a problem.
