What's a Good way to lower nitrates and phosphates in fish only

I have a 180 fish only but what's a good way to keep low nitrates and phosphates

a "refugium" that grows out chaeto or macro algae that can be regullary harvested.

or an algae reactor.

Both are in my opinion the best way to naturally reduce nitrates and phosphates.

Otherwise, look to biopellet reactors and/or Phosguard in a reactor.

Phosguard in a properly sized reactor works well on phosphates.

Fug is IMO the best natural way to lower both and not worry about forgetting a dose or over dosing ECT.

No pox and large for fuge and a skimmer rated for 800 gallons. great success so far. 330g with over 40 fish and 3 fish alone are over a foot large.
