What's going on with my anemone?

Its been in my tank for several months now and eats regularly.

That could be caused by many different things. It could have come into contact with a coral. The clowns may be clearing a nesting spot and biting the anemone causing it to withdraw in that spot. To many possibilities to know for sure.
