Whats going on?

Hello. My newly aquired Hatian reef anemone's tentacles are shrivelled at the tips. What is this from? Everything else in the tank is doing fine. what should I feed it? I was told to feed it phytoplankton, but someone here said that is not enough. So I am left with a very confused and troubled mind. Can anyone help?

You can feed it chopped up bits of silversides or some thawed mysis. How old is your tank, what kind of lighting, water params?

Tank is five months old, flouresent bulbs ( not sure which brand), and all the water params are fine. Came home today to find it completely deflated. I beleive it is dead, but it has done this before so I'll give it a few hours.
