There are tiny little tube worm looking things growin on my brain corals. Some are even coming from one of its mouths. They are in small tight groups, with two thin tentacles coming from them. My brain is all but happy and i think theyre the cause.

Nifty ***** something unique to see and behold, a fresh step in learning a new thing about an LPS, an opportunity to identify something that was not known before.

Not trying to get in a pee contest with you, was just saying.

I agree with vermetid snails.. I have some that have grown up and caused coral to decline.... although I've never seen them right near the mouth as if they are living inside the coral .. usually I see them growing up from around the base between the folds and places.

I would worry about the one coming out of the mouth on that middle one, eithe way this is not a good situation considering the location of them...

Found out they are spoinid worms. Cant kill them chemically without also killing the brain. So mechanical removal had to happen. I used some tiny surgical forceps and pulled most completly out of the coral, others i removed most of the tube, and covrred in coral glue. Im considering an iodine dip in case the brain was injured internally during the removal
