Whats that clown disease called?

I seen some clowns at a lfs a few times that had this white slime on them and they were breathing pretty fast. This disease I am sure I have never seen on other fish but clowns.some where laying on the sand. So I was wondering whats this disease called? And if this does ever happen to my clowns what kind of treatment can I give it.?
