Wondering if those of u that feed seaweed to your tangs know if they like 1 over another? I just bought the green j springs one and they dont seem to like it as much as the brown ocean nutrition one i had before. Tried the nori from wegmans first and they didnt aeem to like that too much either. Any other ones to try, or different colors like purple?

Its really all the same stuff, but I prefer the green. I get mine from the grocery story in the asian section. $3 for a large bag beats $11 for one half the size in the LFS.

ON green, brown, red medley for me. The ON has garlic in it that Sprung's doesn't have. Sprung's purple also looks like a pouch of Redman too--only my regal would eat it.

IMHO I have cut seaweed sheets to every 4 days with NLS pellets as well as frozen form 1-2 and H2O life form 1-2 on alt days...I find they don't digest the seaweed sheets all the way and make a real mess.

I use the grocery store nori sheets for sushi. tangs love it and they are very fat and happy.

Me too.

I use Nori from my supermarket and all sorts of fish like it. But for "best" probably gracilaria.

I've put Julian Sprungs SeaVeggie green and purple on a clip. They move the green away to get to purple every time.

They don't even touch the red or dried gracilaria (Quality Marine OGO).

nori - hands down

get it at kroger... in the asian food section. Its the same seaweed you eat on your sushi ;-)

Half sheet of sushi nori and make sure its the green unflavored every other day is what I do and I have a large Desjadini (8" or so), hippoand a tomini
