I have a 400g system and I am buying an osmolator. I will also be getting the calcium dispenser. Do I need the storage container? Whats its purpose? Does it just hold fresh water?

Damn, thats a lotta water. You can use a bigger reservoir and you can pump through a kalk reactor- Andy is familiar with our products and his work very well. Larger reservoirs can be dangerous because their is more water should something go wrong, that is my only concern. You do have several levels of safety but I always consider the reservoir limitation to be an ultimate safety.
