well, at least IMO, the bioballs aren't worth the plastic they are made from, and I don't particularly care for premade sumps. I find there to be much more room for whatever in the largest glass tank that will fit where you need it to fit, especially considering Petco's almost perpetual $1/g sale. The Skimmer, if new, is $229ish if it's a 110, $289ish if it's a 150. If used, no more than 50% of retail.
So, $200 or so max.

I agree, as usual, with billdogg. The bioballs are a waste of space and very old school when it comes to saltwater tanks. But that area might make a nice refugium if you were considering one. I assume it's plumbed for an external return pump? Does the skimmer and/or the return pump come with the sump?
Heck, I have an 8'x2'x16" acrylic tank that was under my 180g DT before it developed a leak and I started over with new equipment. It's divided into 4 sections 2' (45 gallon) each. I used them as a refugium, a Deep Sand Bed, a return section and a skimmer section. I'll be lucky to find anybody who wants an 8' long 180g sump and be willing to pay rock bottom pricing!
