Whats up with ecoray leds?

Non programmable? Whats the deal? I can't see paying hundreds of dollars for an LED light that you can't dim or program. I haven't gotten to mess with one yet, hopefully someone can chime in and hopefully prove me wrong?

Chris, You know AI is the way to go so why even bother with this "little known" company? Especially with the recent AI price drop. Its just silly to consider anything that doesnt dim for that price. Simp.

I dont think the radion is going to beat what AI offers now and will offer in the future.

I think Caribbean forest is using Ecoray LEDs in some of their tanks. I've heard that they can only run the whites for a few hours or corals start to bleach/burn.

CF is using them and so does SWP. The white on them is really terrible and the optics look really cheap. I never understood the attraction.

That's why you should buy Eshines or Optimax light. You can control all facets of your lighting. Blue on , blue off and white on the both on then reverse them for a full dawn to dusk setup.
