Whats wrong with hammer coral?

I had it for couple of months now , even yesterday it was doing great.
today i just noticed this , what can be done at this stage ?

water parameters are fine. im having a ecotech radion light .

At this point, it is likely not going to make it.

I would guess you have a fish eating it.

Water parameters? Which ones?
Radion? Has it grown under the radion, or is the radion new?
Fine for month? Did the coral grow in size? If not, it could have been in decline since you put it in the tank.
 
It looks to be deing. And you say readings fine but i need to know whats tested and the readings.
Also you have no tank info like size,age, all equipment used and stock. You can list these in your profile. Other wise all you get are guesses.

I can say LPS coral like more mature tanks over 6 months and closer to one year.
But water flow , stock ,age can all play a part.
 
Like everyone else has said, I highly doubt that it will make it. It looks like a lot of tissue has already died. I also see some brown slime on the head towards the back of the pic. It is likely infected with bacteria.

To me it looks like the coral was either physically damaged by getting moved/falling, or it is being eaten by something in your tank- either your livestock, or maybe some sort of parasite.
