What's Wrong with my Clownfish?

My clown fish has popeye and weird white bumps on his face. Here are some pics. Does anyone know what this might be?

Sound like fungal infection and ich.

Hey man, is it one eye or both and can you describe the white spots, its hard to see in the pic. If its one eye its most likely from running into something and it will probably heal on its own. If its both treatment may be needed.

How long you had it? Where'ld you get it if new and if so ask dealer for help if they were a reputable LFS? Wild caught or tank bred? Other fish in tank ok, any new. Desribe, fuzzy white or hard bump, any other damage or growth? Do you have QT tank, if so treat for Bacterial and Fungal and maybe parasites too.

Both his eyes are popped out. He was already in a QT tank when this happened. The main tank mostly-crashed due to pump failure, so he got moved to a 10G all by himself. He had been in the new tank for almost a month before this happened. The bumps do look fuzzy a little. Also behind his eye on his white stripe it looks partially indented and slightly blue.

I've had him for over a year and he is tank bred.

I'ld treat for fungus then and also find a antibacterial that can be used with the fungus med because he will have open sores, that should help the popeye too. If you've had him that long it was tank caused unless you just bought a new fish within the last week or so. Sounds like the QT tank was not cycled or you let the organics get too high.

I'm not up on my meds anymore so get help and read labels carefully. Especialy if using more then one med as some will interact badly with one another.

It looks like Ich, but he hasn't been displaying the behaviors that are common for Ich. Since he was alone in a 10g tank I added coppersafe and maracyn on Friday. Today his popeye is noticeably reduced and the white stuff on his face seems to have lessened.

So I'm hoping whatever the white stuff is some kind of parasite that the copper is killing, or its "body fungus" (which is actually a bacteria infection) that the maracyn is killing. Hopefully he keeps getting better or I'll have to assume it is a true fungus and try Maroxy or a different antibiotic like Maracyn-2.

Some other people suggested that it is Brookynella, but everything I've read about that says it kills in about 3-4 days and he has been sick for more than a week now.
