What's wrong with my female onyx?

I've been watching my female onxy closely lately as she seems to be developing something on her face and I dont know what it is. She's very active and eats just fine. HLLE or brooklyen? I'll try to start feeding the tank soem PE mysis soaked in selcon.

I do run GFO and carbon...I'm going to turn off my reactor and see if anything changes. I hear carbon can cause HLLE

Looks like some sort of parasite, but I can't be too sure since I have never kept clownfish before. Someone should chime in on this for you.

It is very hard to tell in the picture. It's not Brook. It does look parasitic. Ich maybe?
