Whats wrong with my midas blenny?

He has been shaking his head or twitching and rubbing his body against the sand bed.I thought it might have been flukes and treated a week ago and he is still doing.I also treated yesterday.How long does it take for prazipro to work?Here is a picture of him he has a mark on his side

Now he is I guess bitting himsel. Can anyone offer any help of me finding out what's wrong with him. None of my other fish are sick. What makes a fish scratch and how can I find out

well....i'd say marine ich. does he have small white spots?

No just that spot in the picture if it is ich where did it come from I have had him several months. Why is it just now showing up?

From the pics, cant see spot other than one above anal fin behind abdomen. Is that what you are talking about? It seems one dark spot too big to be parasites im familiar w/.
Is it eating well (seems MB will have competition during feeding)and swims well?
Never used Prazipro so i cant help you there, maybe someone else can.

Continue monitoring closely for any other changes in appearance and behavior.

PS. Certain parasites can be in the tank in dormaant stage or can come as hitchhiker on any new arrivals (fish, inverts, LR, lfs water).

Yeah that's the spot I'm talking about.he is still eating and he is actually swimming a whole lot more
