Whats wrong with my zoos?

I apologize for the wrong post.

The umbrella look happens when I feed my tank, or create some type of disturbance. Did you do a water change, feed your tank, or change something before taking these pics? Zoas/Palys do not do this randomly.

Either one of those changes may cause a difference in your zoas/palys.

My suggestion would be to reduce your light cycle so that the increased strength of a new bulb is not overwhelming for your corals.

Either way, I think your zoas looked pretty healthy so they just need some time to adjust.

yeah its funny because only this strain is doing this. I moved some of the others to the sump with less intense lighting just in case.

Strange how one morph will react different from others isn't it!? When I feed my tank, there are a few zoas that will do the umbrella look just like in your pics. They look fine 1hr after feeding but they sure do react in a wheird way when that added disturbance comes into the tank.
