For me it is the Royal Plum Acro by far. The little frag looks good but it just doesn't grow. Anybody else have this piece?

I don't have that one. My Vivids Rainbow delight is the slowest I've noticed. I even fragged a small branch off to see if it would start to grow.

Not me. I have lots of nicely growing SPS but I have a green millipora that's been stagnant for 6 months plus. The 1" frag encrusted around on the rock it's on, and then nothing.

I clipped the tip and replanted it a couple weeks ago. Healing is very slow.

The turquoise millipora frag sitting several inches away is growing very, very well.

My garf bonsai is pretty slow too, but not nearly as slow as my Royal Plum. I need to look up some old pictures, but my guess is 1/4" in 6-months on the Royal Plum. However, it did have a pretty sloppy/jagged glue job which it is still trying to encrust.
Here is the growth I am getting on my Garf Bonsai, for comparison http://reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?p=16773006

it would have to be between my ice-fire ech and purple monster, ive only had them about 7mos but both have only branched and based out about 1/8 of an inch while everything else in my tank is really starting to hit their stride. at this rate i should have mini colonies in about 10yrs lol , seriously, but hey its gratefying knowing you grew them from 1/2 inch frags!

orenji. By far. Had it well over two years and it has yet to round the edges on the frag plug. Healthy as can be. just slow slow growth. Man it's a beauty though.

Eddies Purple monster and Paletta Pink Tip for me.

Had great luck with other slow growers like Blue Matrix. Pink lemonade grows like cancer in my tank.

rainbow granulosa, almost 8 months and still not encrusted all the way
appleberry, going on 9 months and it looks the same as it did when i got it. my purple monster puts them both to shame. had it less than 6 months and it has fully encrusted and shot off new beginnings of branches.
just got an oregon tort so ill have to see how it does

1)The Cali Tort I have have grown maybe 1/8" in a year and encrusted an area the size of a dime.
2)YourReef Flashlight Acropora
3)The unknown enchinata is closely behind the YR Flashlight.

+1 ORA Turq Stag - Not the slowest in my tank, but slower than all other stags.

I heard a theory that the growth rate of corals is inversely related to how much you like it? Any truth to that?

Seems to be the case in my tank, and it's not just limited to SPS. :D

I'm gonna murder the spelling of this piece but my 'susheroni' has probably only had about a half inch of vertical growth in the two years I've had it.
