When are backordered Tunze 6025's shipping?

I ordered some stuff including 2 Tunze 6025 Nanostreams on Feb. 10th. Web Order Number: 100260014. I realize that the pumps are backordered. When do you expect them to ship?

Thanks for your post, I'm sorry about the delay. as of now they are expected to arrive on March 23rd, but as you may know already this is an estimated delivery date, they could be here sooner. Would this mean that I have to wait until then for my recent order of the TS24 kit as well? (two 6100s and multicontroller)

You know, I ordered from you guys because the website said you had them in stock... then I get a letter saying they were not in stock and should be in stock within the week... so whats really going on?

You have not been charged for your backorder until it arrives, Once your order has been filled and shipped you will receive an email with tracking information that your order has been shipped. im kinda mad too =( i ordered the pumps and even ordered next day delivery but today i found out ill be getting them in 4-6 weeks......so i payed 20 dollars shipping to get my 10 dollar 200 micron filter...

Well, you should call them and get a refund on that then. I cant see why they wouldnt.

Thansk for your patience with these pumps. We have not received any for quite a while now. We have checked with Tunze and just found out that we're getting a very small shipment within the next week. We will be sending an email to customers who have ordered more than a month ago to update you on the backorders.

Are they saying that there will be any performance/feature advantages with the new ones, or is it just the next mechanical evolution? rvitko was mentioning at one time that he was worried about the longevity of the solid state transformers.
