when can i stock my 14 g biocube?

My tank has been up and running for only two days. I used water and LR from my established tank.LR rubble in the filter chamber no bio balls. about 17 lbs of LR total.
Nitrates about 10 ppm which is what my 55g has been running at!
Sand was new !
I don't think i am going to see any spike in this tank , do you?

When can i stock my 14 g biocube?what should i start with and in what order!

sorry, pH 8.2, nitrites 0 and amm. 0 , temp 78!

If you got your Water from an establised tank and the LR you could probably begin stocking it but I wouldn't over stock it right away maybe stock several things and see how it goes then go from there.
